One of our former member (Liz stoops) sugarplum lost her house completely. Roads are damn near impassable in places, power, food, water all is in short supply obviously. That’s all I know right now folks.

@WadeSaxton sorry, was traveling for work during the storm. Kept power, lost a couple trees and limbs. Otherwise all good.

@WadeSaxton I'm ok. I have power. Tree fell on my camper and my Car was totalled, but that's my only loss. I'm still breathing. Blessed be to all affected 🙏🏼 💙 💜

Some damage to siding, porchs, roof sprung a few leaks and no power is inconvenient. Tree limbs fell all around us but I parked my jeep on the opposite side of the yard to protect it.

@WadeSaxton the rental, mine and my dad's places definitely fared better than most. City water, so we have that, candles and my Halloween decor has kept the dark away 😂 im a prepper but the generator parts got delayed so they didn't get here in time lol but our bug out bags were paced when I first heard Ian was gonna possibly hit Florida. Also not living in Michigan has definitely shown to have benefits like we won't be freezing 😂😂

@ScarletDevil the awesome thing about not living in CT, I didn't have to find all the blankets in the house! But now we are collecting extension cords and fans to plug into the generator. Our house is a trip hazard. We are running around with ring lights as flashlights but we have fans

@WadeSaxton only damage to personal property was a small dent in the hood of a car. Stepson is still able to drive it like he stole it, so it's fine. The family business on the other hand - will be closed for an unforseen amount of time because bait shops, homes, boats, lives lost. Our lively hood was going up to one bay to deliver shrimp down here for people to go fishing. We already lived paycheck to paycheck on scraps. I don't know yet how we are going to survive on air. But all my important people are alive and that's what matters most!

I’m on a well so no water either. Same with heathen but I believe he has a generator. Both of our generators are down, and my dads down to 2 oxygen bottles since he can’t power his concentrator.

@ClarkJason160 were making the best of what sources we have. Others weren’t as lucky as us, and we’re going to be doing a lot of clean up in the yards we maintain.
