The Waterfall Saga Part II for those keeping up. So the Kitchen, laundry room, and half bath are being ripped out this week from the water damage. They pulled out the wet insulation and other items from the crawl space today and now we have heaters and dehumidifiers in the crawl space to dry it out before they can Ice blast the subfloor and joists. So excited... I have to say that Capital Fire & Water, Inc. though has been awesome through this mess. Not only have they answered every question I have had but they are actively ahead of any issues, Thank you and you rock!
