Yesterdays competition.

Sorry I suck!!! I’ve been so busy I forgot about the annual rib cook off. FOR ONCE WE DIDNT WIN JUDGES but we did win the people’s choice award. We raised a bunch of money to help for kids for Christmas and that’s all that really matters. It was a slow year compared to the past, but we’re glad someone else had the chance to win for once lol

I'm assuming when y'all hit the meat market, you're extremely picky about what you select. If you ever feel like sharing, why don't you take us along for that ride? show us what you see, why you pick A over B, etc....

@marmar63 oh we just go to GFS and buy cases, but the cook off the ribs are supplied from the manager. They go to Lawhons in north fort myers Florida

@marmar63 the cases are sealed so we can’t see what we’re getting. We usually get spares. The picture is spares but they’ve been cut in half to give smaller samples
